A text template allows to configure predefined text contents for reuse in the system.

These text templates can be reused at appropriate places within the system. If configured, a drop-down selection will appear to choose a text template. Choosing a text template will overwrite the existing text in the particular place within the system. It will also show an option to clear the existing text in the particular place within the system.

Text templates can be configured for types such as broadcasts, incident details, additional information for incidents, and support information for incidents.

The following parts of a text template are configured:

• Name (used for selection of a text template)
• Text contents
• Title (depending on type)
• Roles (depending on type)
• Project (depending on type)
