Report
A report is a collection of information that can be extracted from the system.
A report is typically available as a PDF document. It can either be generated on-demand from the system, or it is generated automatically when needed and sent as part of notification e-mails. A good example is the incident report that is sent to the engineer when they start on a new work order.
