Work Order
A work order is where an engineer goes to a location to provide service to resolve an incident.
Multiple work orders may be necessary to resolve a single incident.
Work orders can have different states:
- Open
- Closed
- Dismissed
Work orders have some rules around states:
- A work order automatically gets the closed state upon a sign-off
- A work order can only be signed off when it has the following attachments:
- Picture before work is started
- Picture after work is finished
- Sign-off document
- Only managers can change the state of a work order
Work orders have some additional rules:
- Only managers can change the assignee of a work order
- An existing work order cannot be reassigned to another incident
- A closed work order cannot be changed (except by managers)
